What if I want to cancel my order?
First of all, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to shop@nevillesnest.org.uk, we will work with you to ensure you’re happy with the outcome. If you wish to continue with a full cancellation of your order for order values under £40.00 we will cancel and refund this – provided that your parcel has not already been dispatched/collected, if your total order value is over £40.00 a 10% administration/re-stocking fee will be retained by Neville’s Nest.
